Your career plan

By keeping a customised approach with each employee, Eramet fosters an inclusive working environment where individual talents are recognised and valued and contribute collectively to building tomorrow’s mining industry.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll benefit from an integration program to help you better understand the Group’s activities and strategy. You will also have the opportunity to talk with members of the Executive Committee or take part in serious games.

Throughout your career, you will have access to e-learnings, webinars, and on-the-job training on a variety of topics: environment, management, leadership, safety, diversity, and inclusion.

And because we invest in the development of our talents, you can take advantage of mentoring and coaching programmes to develop your skills or prepare for internal mobility.

Diversity is our strength

Our employees enjoy a caring working environment that respects differences. We are actively committed to recruiting talented people regardless of their gender, disability, age, religion, social or cultural origin, or sexual orientation. We are committed to equality so that everyone has the same opportunities, and we strongly fight against all forms of discrimination, moral or sexual harassment.

Eramet - Diversity

Your compensation

Wherever you work, Eramet is committed to offering you a competitive compensation package that rewards your performance and commitment. We offer a fixed salary in line with local best practices, variable individual or group compensation, and success bonuses for key projects.

Eramet is proud to be the first mining group to offer a common base of social protection to all Eramet employees. This includes 16 weeks’ maternity leave, death cover equal to one year’s minimum wage, health cover, and annual prevention initiatives. In addition to these benefits, we offer additional leave, flexible working options, pension schemes and assisted home purchase schemes depending on the regions where we operate.

At Eramet, we believe in the importance of involving our employees in our success. For more than 15 years, we have been regularly granting free shares to our employees around the world, encouraging mutual commitment and active participation in the company’s success…

Social dialogue excellence

Eramet is the first mining group in the world to have set up a forum for international social dialogue (the Eramet Global Forum). This initiative brings together employee representatives from our main countries of operation to discuss key issues and to reach global agreements applicable to all employees, on topics such as social protection, well-being and quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion, and parenthood.
