In a historically male-dominated mining industry, Eramet is firmly committed to opening its doors to women and promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, female employees in management positions across different countries of the Group share their experiences to demonstrate that female success at Eramet is not just a statistic, but a visible and concrete reality.

As part of its CSR roadmap, Eramet has set a goal of achieving 30% women managers by 2026. As of the end of December 2024, this indicator stands at 28.1%, an increase of 2 points over one year.

Progress is underway, and we are proud to see more and more women joining our company, bringing with them their vision, skills, and determination.
