On June 5, 2024, Eramet reached a new milestone in terms of social dialogue and employee protection.
Eramet Global Care, an agreement signed at the 2nd Eramet Global Forum plenary session by Eramet management and employee representatives, establishes a common base of social protection worldwide for all Eramet employees in the 13 countries where the Group operates.

Founded in 2023, the Eramet Global Forum is a genuine innovation in social dialogue within the mining sector.
Its mission: to develop and promote open and respectful social dialogue, and to give a voice to employees on key issues for Eramet’s future; and to negotiate agreements applicable to all employees, on a variety of themes such as social protection, well-being and quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion, and parenthood, in addition to local initiatives.
