The Group’s interns and work-study students took part in an annual satisfaction survey conducted by ChooseMyCompany. Their feedback enabled Eramet to renew its HappyIndex®Trainees certification.

For the third year running, Eramet has been awarded HappyIndex®Trainees 2024 certification for the World, France, Gabon and Senegal perimeters; and HappyIndex®Trainees Alternance 2024 certification for the Gabon perimeter.

These results are based on a satisfaction survey carried out by the ChooseMyCompany recruitment company among Group interns and work-study students.

The Group’s strong points identified by respondents are: its corporate purpose, the relationship with the tutor, and opportunities for professional advancement (assignments, autonomy, acquisition of skills, responsibilities).
